Everything you would want to ask before giving anyone ten minutes.
Including the awkward ones. If something is missing, email hello@mymomentum.coach and a person will answer it.
The partnership
Is Jehvon my coach?
No, and this is the question we most want answered before you apply. Jehvon does not coach anybody through Momentum. He does not write your build, he does not read your weekly check-in, and he will never see a single day of your log. Your coach is a trained person employed and paid by Momentum, and you will know their name before you log your first day. If the coaching is poor, that is Momentum's failure to fix, not his.
Is this just a sponsored ad?
He earns a commission on people who join through this page, and he has said so in the video, in the caption and here. Burying it would be the only genuinely dishonest thing available to us. He is also a member with his own coach and his own build, and he ran it himself before saying anything publicly.
Does Jehvon see my information?
No. He does not see who applies, who joins, or a single day of anybody's log. He sees a count of how many people came through his link, which is how he gets paid, and nothing else.
Why did he pick Momentum?
He had been thinking about building a coaching product of his own and went looking for a team who could actually deliver one properly. That conversation is where this started. It is his introduction and Momentum's service.
What it actually is
Is this a training programme?
No. This is the most common misunderstanding, so it is worth being blunt: your coach will not write you a training split, program your lifts or prescribe your macros. What they will do is make sure the four or five daily things you decided matter actually happen, week after week, and rewrite them when your week changes. Bring your own training. This is the layer underneath it.
What if I already have a trainer or a coach?
Good, and keep them. Most people who do well here already know what to do in the gym. Momentum handles the part nobody is watching: the sleep, the food prep, the sessions that vanish when work gets loud, and the honesty about all three.
How much of my day does this take?
About thirty seconds to log and seal, and a few minutes once a week for the check-in. That is the entire ask, and it is deliberately small.
How many things will I be tracking?
Three to five. Never twenty. If your coach writes six you should push back, and if you ask for twelve they will say no.
Can I choose my own habits?
You choose what you are chasing, and you tell your coach everything about your week that matters. They write the daily actions. You can request a change any time and the answer is usually yes. What you cannot do is delete something at 11pm without a person hearing about it, which is the entire point.
What if I miss days?
You mark them missed and seal the day anyway. Your run resets, your honest count climbs. Misses show in grey, never red, and nothing will tell you that you broke anything. Three in a row on the same item and your coach messages you, because the item is probably wrong.
What if I travel a lot?
Say so in the intake. A good build survives a hotel room and a bad one does not, and that is your coach's problem to solve rather than yours.
The claims
Will I look like Jehvon?
Nobody can honestly answer that, so we will not pretend to. Genetics, training history, age, sleep, stress, injuries and several thousand days sit between anybody and any outcome. What we can say is that the men who get anywhere stayed consistent far longer than they expected to, and consistency is the specific thing this is built to protect.
Why won't you give me a timeline?
Because we would be making it up, and this whole product rests on your record being true. It would be strange to start the relationship by lying to you about the one thing you most want to hear.
Do you sell supplements or gear?
No. There are no upsells of any kind, no affiliate products inside the service, and nothing else to buy after the subscription. One price, one coach, nothing attached.
Privacy
Who can see my log?
Your coach. That is the complete list. There is no feed, no community, no leaderboard and no other member who can see you exist. Your dashboard is not indexed by search engines and its link functions like a password, so do not share it.
Do I have to write about the details?
No. Your coach needs to know what you committed to and whether you did it. Everything else is optional.
What happens to my data if I leave?
Ask us to delete it and we will. Full details are in the Momentum privacy policy.
Money
What does it cost?
$95 a month at the founding rate, locked for as long as you stay. Billed monthly, cancel any time. There is one price and no cheaper tier for committing longer. You pay first and then fill in your intake — and if a coach reads it and decides we are not the right fit, you get every penny back the same day.
Why is it more than a programme?
Because a programme is information sold once, and information stopped being the bottleneck a long time ago. You are paying for a trained human being who reads your week and rewrites it. Against 1:1 online coaching at $100 to $300 a month, or a single life-coach session at $100 to $200, $95 for a named person on your daily life every week is the cheap end of the human category rather than the expensive end of the software one.
What if it does not work?
Your first month is refundable, provided you showed up. Showed up means you sealed your days honestly for the month. We are not going to argue with you about it and there is no retention script.
Can I cancel?
Any time, no conversation required. Tell your coach or email us.
Fit and care
Is this therapy?
No. Momentum is coaching, not medical or mental-health treatment, and we would rather say so bluntly than blur the line. If what you are dealing with is affecting your work, your safety, your relationships or your mental health, you need a clinician, and our coaches are trained to raise that early and help you find proper support.
My relationship with food and training is not great. Should I apply?
Start, and be honest in the intake. If coaching is the right level of support you will hear from a coach. If it is not, we will tell you plainly and point you somewhere better, and it will cost you nothing. Disordered eating and compulsive training are genuinely common in this world and they need proper help, not another tracker. In the UK, Beat's helpline is 0808 801 0677. In the US, the National Alliance for Eating Disorders helpline is 1-866-662-1235.
Do you work outside the UK and US?
Yes. Coaching runs on WhatsApp and the dashboard, and your coach works to your timezone.
Enough reading.
Ten minutes on your intake, a real person reads it, and your first month is refundable in full.
